If you are contacted from any hotel agency regarding hotel rooms for ICT 2022 (e.g. from ehotelservices / expoforhotelservices, Larry Ellison or EHS), please note that they are not operating on our behalf. We collaborate with MECC Hotel Services only (as described below).

Hotels in Maastricht

In close consultation with the IUTOX XVIth ICT 2022, MECC Hotel Services has taken options in different hotels in Maastricht and surroundings at very competitive rates. There are no extra costs (no reservation costs).

Transfers and free shuttles to Maastricht

On September 17 (every full hour from 15h00 to 19h00) and on September 18 (every full hour from 08h00 to 16h00) free bus shuttles are provided from Brussels Airport (BRU) to Maastricht Central Station (Stationsplein, 6221 Maastricht). This service can be booked via the button below. Please enter “Maastricht Center” as your drop-off location for booking the free bus shuttle.

You can find the meeting point for the busses at Brussels Airport in the arrival hall on the right side, close to the elevators, in front of JAVA COFFEE bar. If you walk out of the customs / baggage reclaim area you should walk to the right.

Please note: The offer for free transfer between Brussels Airport and Maastricht Central Station is only valid for the mentioned days before the congress, but not after the end of the congress. For this you can book a paid transfer via the booking portal or you go back by train. Train connections to various airports can be found here.
